He has “outlaw” tattooed on his forearm, a Led Zeppelin tattoo on the other forearm, and a small bird skull tattooed on his ankle. He was last seen at the Government Street Grocery, Bar, and Restaurant with friends. He said he was not feeling well and left the building. He did not have a car at the time and was said to have caught a ride with a friend. Later that night his friends were unable to locate him and he was reported missing after. Video surveillance showed Daniel leaving the building and walking south on Kotzum Avenue.

He has a missing upper front tooth, nipple piercings, and multiple tattoos ( the number 39 with flames around it on the upper part of the left arm, “Steph” and barbed wire on the upper part of the right arm, and “Dirty South” above the navel. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, shorts, sneakers, and a NASCAR ball cap. West has not been in contact with family or friends since that date and did not have a phone or vehicle upon leaving.

Bear was found on February 5, 1992, on Old Hwy 49, Saucier, where he had been seen in the area since Saturday, February 1, 1992.

Tony worked daily harvesting oysters with his father. When he did not show up for work, his family went to check his residence and found his keys, wallet, medications and Skoal can. The car door was also open and there was a rented VCR tape on the roof of the car with his wallet and checkbook on the passenger seat. The date was 8/25/94.
The night before his disappearance, Tony had dinner at his parent’s home in St. Martin and stated to them he had seen something he should not have seen.

In September of 1995, Ms. Williams’ mother reported that she had not heard from her daughter in several months. (Ms. Williams’ mother was disabled and lived in Arkansas).
Angela`s boyfriend stated she had left with a rich friend she had met in Florida. The investigation revealed she did have a rich friend in Fl, but it appears Angela never traveled to FL.
Angela left her place of employment, The Copa Casino, July 10, 1995 around 8 AM. A phone call was placed from Angela, to her friend around 10 AM same morning. This is the last time anyone heard from Angela. She left behind her paycheck and her vehicle, a 1984 yellow Pontiac Fiero.
